Mr. Michael L. Danforth qualifications and experience extend over
23 years in the construction field. Originally from Jacksonville,
Florida, Mr. Danforth began his experience in the residential and
commercial construction sectors then accelerated to military construction.
Mr. Danforth is an approved Project Manager and Quality Control Manager
by The Department of The Navy, The Department of The Army, The Department
of Justice and The Department of the Treasury. Each of these approvals
is based on his excellent record for accuracy and high-levels of performance,
all evaluated by the highest criteria of inspection instituted by
The Army Corps of Engineers.
As a Quality Control Manager, Mr. Danforth was responsible for all
phases of quality, including materials identification & approval,
compliance with ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials),
and industry standards for installation of all construction material
types.
Mr. Danforth performed as Project Manager for the United States’
largest design-build family housing contractor, Lead Lease Actus,
formerly Actus-Sundt Group having managed inspections for more than
800 new residences and hundreds of existing residence and industrial
sites. During this period, Mr. Danforth earned many Special Achievements
including:
4 (four) Letters of Commendation and 2 (two) Certificates for Superior
Achievement from The Department of The Navy.
Unsurpassed reputation for difficult high profile projects that
require un-yielding deadlines.
Zero safety incidents. OSHA 200 log has no entries. Health and Safety
Accident Plan executed with strict controls.
Mr. Danforth graduated from an affiliate inspection school of ASHI
(American Society of Home Inspectors) and earned certifications
in residential and commercial inspections.
Mr. Danforth is certified by National Environmental in Mold Inspection
and Mold Remediation based on the Environmental Protection Agency
(EPA) Indoor Environmental Division 402-K-01-001 and the American
Conference of Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) guidance document “Bioaerosols”.
